Matt Winters

Matt has over 20 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and talent acquisition. He is an experienced leader who brings a deep understanding of talent acquisition solutions for small to mid-sized companies. Over the past 10 years, Matt has led corporate talent functions for both domestic and global teams while supporting growth across America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Eastern Europe. His previous experience includes directing national staffing teams and driving growth in enterprise Fortune 100 staff augmentation programs through P&L management and revenue generation exceeding $22 million annually. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Texas State University. As a native Texan, Matt has been a resident of Austin for the past 30 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys, and their dog, Willie.
