ExtendMyTeam (EMT) was launched in 2014 to provide an hourly sourcing solution for small to medium size companies or those who are experiencing rapid growth. EMT offers a full-spectrum of recruiting services for regular or contract employees, as well as consultancy and advisory services focused on recruitment and talent management processes and best practices.

The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas and supports clients across a variety of industries. ExtendMyTeam is a certified diverse supplier as a WBENC Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
