Jon Lewis

Jon has over 20 years of recruiting experience. In the first half of his career, he worked on the agency side helping companies attract and hire top technical talent. Over the past decade, Jon has worked in-house with startups, building recruiting infrastructure and processes, implementing ATS systems and tools, establishing and training on best practices. He is passionate about helping companies define their hiring brand and attract and retain top talent. John received a B.A. in Graphic Design/Art from Georgia Southern University. He also earned a Graduate degree in Secondary Education from Texas State University.

In his downtime, Jon enjoys traveling with his wife, attending University of Texas sporting events and concerts, and spoiling their dog, Charlie.
