Linda Blackmon

Linda Blackmon is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of the recruiting and human capital outsourcing companies ExtendMyStaff and ExtendMyTeam. Her companies support pre-IPO, explosive growth, and SMB clients. She also serves as Board Advisor for Datahoist. In 2019, Linda founded the nonprofit, Lincoln's Lodge, to support Austin-area organizations that provide respite services to caregivers. Linda brings 20 years of leadership, corporate HR, and operations experience in a variety of roles from Fortune 50 to early-stage companies. Linda received a B.A. in Psychology and History at the University of Texas. She then went on to earn a Master’s in Management Sciences, with a concentration in Organizational Strategy from the University of Texas, Dallas.
